Here are some examples of our work:

For a UK Aerospace company: working with the CIO, we restructured and refocused the IT service team to transform the service offered to the business, establishing a customer oriented culture, re-engaging business stakeholders and coaching the new leadership team to sustain the change

For a leading UK retail bank: working with the head of payments transformation, we programme managed delivery of payments and customer identity management streams for one of the largest integration programmes in banking history

For a multi-site customer service centre: this leading telecoms operator wished to transform the customer experience through changes to 'in the moment' behaviour among 15,000 contact centre advisors. Reporting through to the Director of customer service we effected transformation though managing changes in leadership behaviour, from the executive leadership team and though 900 line managers.

For a mobile operator: we built a release and supplier management team to deliver external strategic provisioning, mediation, and billing systems into a leading operator's first fully aligned product releases.

For a leading ISP: we refocused the project delivery function to regain the confidence of business leadership and become a critical delivery agency for the organisation's strategic change portfolio.
